Adobe Analytics

To make your visits to the web pages and use of the apps more user-friendly, we use Adobe Analytics software from Adobe Systems for marketing and optimisation purposes. Data on usage behaviour is stored, including visitor origin and page views. Data such as gender, year of birth or postcode is also collected in anonymised form, but cannot be traced to you as an individual. It is not possible to merge the data with your personal data (name, address or policy number). Furthermore, your IP address is not processed by Adobe Systems, but is only stored in truncated, non-personalised form. Information collected is stored by Adobe Systems within the European Union.
