We use Google Search Ads 360 on our website, a service that helps advertisers create, manage and optimise advertising campaigns across multiple search engines. Search Ads 360 uses floodlight tags to record conversions. This allows both display and search ads to be tracked, thus avoiding duplication of conversions across multiple channels while creating a more accurate picture of the advertising fees paid. The data is collected and analysed solely on a pseudonymised basis which in principle means that it is no longer possible to identify you.
We also store the Google Click Identifier (GCLID) to allow us to assess the performance of our advertising campaigns. A partial revenue value is assigned to a GCLID. The attributed revenue value is transmitted back to Google to assess and optimise ad placements.
In the context of call tracking, call data (date/time, duration, provider) is recorded in pseudonymised form and enriched with revenue values.
The cookies stored by Google Search Ads 360 are deleted after 90 days at the latest. Further information on data privacy and Google’s terms of use are available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-GB
