🤖 A safe-to-use AI language model for the entire workforce? At ERGO, this has been reality for quite some time: All colleagues in Germany, including tied agents, already have access to “ERGO GPT”. And the rollout to other markets is in progress.
When the hype about #ChatGPT from OpenAI broke out in late 2022, ERGO reacted quickly and set up a project to investigate and utilise the opportunities of Large Language Models (#LLMs) for our extremely data-driven industry.
Shortly after, our very own LLM, “ERGO GPT”, was running stably and has actively being used ever since. Of course, the introduction of the new tool was – and is – accompanied by numerous training measures and offers.
