Your role

• You will provide support in the areas of our operations department and take on administrative tasks.
• You will carefully compile documents from our administrative systems, check and correct data, transfer content into templates or create simple standardised correspondence. 
• During your studies, you will work up to 20 hours a week at our Cologne office. You will have a large degree of flexibility in organising your working hours. Depending on the specific tasks, partial mobile working is also possible by agreement.

Your profile

• If you are studying for a degree with a focus on business administration, law or health economics, you already have a good basis.
• Are you also interested in the insurance/healthcare sector and are you experienced in using MS Office applications? Then you fulfil important requirements.
• In addition, the following qualities are important to us: your strong ability to work in a team, a high degree of integrity and reliability, as well as your structured and independent way of working.

Your role

Risk management support

• You will provide professional support to the risk management team at ERGO Technology & Services Management (ETSM). ETSM is the internal service provider for the ERGO Group.
• Your main tasks: Creating, processing and updating analysis results Presentations on various aspects of risk management.
• Implementation of various risk management instruments at the tech/service hubs in Germany, Poland and India. This includes topics such as the internal control system, outsourcing, IT and information risks, projects, business continuity and corporate governance.

Your profile

Committed team player with an interest in risk management

• You are studying business administration, with a focus on risk and security management or information technology (IT)
• You find it easy to create presentations and reports in English and have a very good knowledge of English.
• Personally, you are a committed team player who works in a structured, independent and careful manner.

Your role

Help shape strategy and transformation in the area of operations

• You will take on exciting project tasks and actively participate in the design of strategic projects.
• You will independently create analyses and concepts and derive initial recommendations for action.
• With us, you will take on your own communication formats, create articles and prepare results as presentations.

Your profile

• You are studying economics, humanities or social sciences or a comparable course of study. Ideally, you have already completed your bachelor's degree and have experience from previous internships or initial work experience.
• You are interested in transformation, digitalisation and cultural change, enjoy taking on responsibility and are keen to implement new ideas.
• You take a solution-oriented approach to challenges, impress with your analytical thinking skills, have a passion for communication and enjoy working with people. You are experienced in using Excel and PowerPoint.
