ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG is the sales company of the ERGO Group in Germany. The Group's diverse sales channels work together under its umbrella for the benefit of its customers.

Thanks to this diversity, our customers can choose how they want to contact ERGO: locally, by phone or on the internet, at the bank counter or through brokers. More than 7,500 full-time self-employed sales partners are available throughout Germany for our private and corporate customers. Just like our employees in direct sales, brokers and cooperation partners of ERGO, they offer our comprehensive range of needs-based insurance, pension and service products.

We are pooling our sales strength by intelligently interlinking the different sales channels, constantly transferring know-how and efficiently deploying resources at ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG. This is how we ensure a high quality of advice and support for our customers and secure the competitiveness of our sales forces for the future.

ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG is the contractual partner of the independent sales partners in Germany. It supports the intermediary organisations with standardised tools for customer advice and quality assurance. The sales partners benefit from modern, standardised IT systems, processes and communication platforms for optimal support and advice for their customers. Personalised local marketing offers, attractive homepages and eye-catching advertising support the external image of our sales partners.

ERGO places particular emphasis on consistently high-quality advice. Our sales partners work according to a standardised advisory approach that focuses on the needs of the customer and their current life situation. This ‘ERGO Compass’ ensures tailored solutions that are sustainable.
