ERGO Board: Theo Kokkalas and Oliver Willmes with new responsibilities

As of January 1, 2025, Theo Kokkalas, currently Chairman of the Board of ERGO Deutschland AG and Chief Operating Officer of ERGO Germany, and Oliver Willmes, currently Chairman of the Board of ERGO International AG and Chief Operating Officer of ERGO International, will exchange their board responsibilities. Accordingly, Theo Kokkalas will be responsible for ERGO's international business and Oliver Willmes will be responsible for ERGO's activities in Germany.

Theo Kokkalas has been working in various management positions for ERGO since 2004. From 2004 to 2020, he was responsible for ERGO's activities in Greece as Chairman of the Board, and from 2012, also in Turkey. Since May 2020, he has been Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board of ERGO Deutschland AG.

Oliver Willmes began his career at ERGO in 2004. After holding various leadership positions in Germany and abroad at ERGO Group AG, he took over responsibility for ERGO International AG as Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board in 2019.
